| These monies are used to cover expenses associated with an event. Expenses include the renting of the banquet facitlities, supplied meals, welcome packets, etc. |

There are 4 options available. Paypal, check or money order and at the door.
Paying at the door must be done in cash or paypal - we do not have the facilities for taking any charges or checks.
Avoid the additional $30.00 Late Registration Fee by paying before February 08, 2012, the current deadline date. |
| Refunds |
| Refunds are prorated. The earlier you notify us of a cancellation, the more that will be refunded. A full refund will be given if notified 30 days prior to the event. |
